About Me:
Growing up an athlete, I have been surrounded by the constant goal to better myself throughout my life. During this time, bettering myself consisted of working like hell to make sure that I put my best foot forward on the court, field and course. As time went on and organized sports were all of a sudden in the rear view mirror, I began looking for my next passion. Fortunately, I did not have to look far. Lifting had not been a huge part of my life in high school until my senior year, which is unfortunate because strength and athleticism was always my achilles heel. Fast forward 7 years to now, I am in the best shape of my life because I have fell in love with the idea of self improvement. Self improvement is tricky, it is something we all want but often wonder how to succeed. That is why I am here, to help you find a healthy path to self improvement through physical fitness. I will be posting helpful workout tips, tasty food options, sports coverage and sharing my journey to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
